Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’ve worked in admin, operations and finance support for over 18 years, primarily with creators, talent and creative-led businesses.
Over time, I noticed the same thing again and again - creators don’t struggle because of a lack of talent. They struggle because the admin side quietly takes over.
Brand emails, deadlines, contracts, payments, tracking content, chasing invoices… it adds up quickly.
My role is to manage that side with care, structure and consistency so creators can focus on the work that actually matters.
I’m practical, organised and calm by default. I don’t overcomplicate systems, and I don’t believe support should feel intrusive or overwhelming.
