More talent, without another hire.
An experienced pair of hands for your roster's admin, working quietly under your name, so your managers can spend their time on talent and brands.
From £400 a month. Start with one talent or one process.
Cover the busy months
Sign new talent or take on a heavy campaign season without recruiting for it.
Under your name
Brands and talent deal with your agency. I'm the part of it they never need to see.
Systems, not memory
Every deal and deadline tracked properly, so nothing depends on one person remembering.
The roster admin your managers shouldn't be doing.
Contracts
Read, summarised and tracked across the roster, with renewals spotted before they lapse.
Invoicing
Raised on time and chased firmly, with statutory interest claimed when brands pay late.
Campaigns
Briefs, deliverables, go-live dates and insights reports kept moving for every talent.
Talent set-up
New signings onboarded, with media kits and rate cards brought up to date.
Not the full list. If it's admin that's slowing your team down, ask.
Monthly hours, spread across your roster.
£40 an hour, in blocks. Most agencies start small with one talent or one process and add hours once it's working.
Ten
A trial run. One talent, or one process such as invoicing and chasing.
Twenty
A small roster's contracts and invoicing, handled end to end.
Thirty
Contracts, invoicing and campaign admin across the whole roster.
Good to know
- When do I pay?
- Monthly, in advance. Each month's invoice is paid before that month's work starts.
- Do unused hours roll over?
- No. Your hours are set aside for you each month, so any you don't use don't carry over.
- What if I need more hours?
- Extra hours are £40 each. If it happens often, we'll talk about whether a different package suits you better.
- How is my time counted?
- In 15-minute blocks, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Packages have a three-month minimum term and a 30-day notice period.
- Do you charge VAT?
- No. I'm not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
- How do I know where my hours go?
- You'll get a breakdown of the hours used with each month's invoice.
- When are you available?
- I work 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. I reply to messages within those hours.
- How do we get started?
- Book a free call and we'll talk through what's piling up. I'll send a proposal and agreement. Once the first month is paid, I'll get access to what I need and start.
Kind words
“Rachel has been an incredible resource for myself and our clients – helping organise tricky shoots, campaigns and provide tailored support for talent with a variety of needs. In particular, the service Rachel has provided recently has proved invaluable, communicating effectively between several parties (broadcaster, production team, talent) to ensure necessities were met on almost every level for a client with additional needs.
I have been a talent manager at YMU for nearly two decades and appreciate the value of effective communication, discretion, initiative, efficient service and impeccable organisation more than most – Rachel has proved herself in each of these metrics time and time again.”

“Rachel has been such an incredible help for my business. She is kind, professional and timely and has slotted into our business better than I could have ever imagined.
As a small business owner, it is fairly terrifying handing over control of various things, but Rachel feels like an extension of us – cracking on with all of our invoicing and various other admin tasks.”
