About these terms

These terms cover your use of creativassist.com. The site is run by Rachel Fox, trading as creatiVAssist. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Working together

The site describes my services and packages so you can see whether I'm a good fit. Package details and prices are a guide. Before any work starts, I'll send you a proposal and agreement setting out what's included, the price and how we'll work. That agreement is what applies to our work together, not these website terms.

Information on this site

I keep the site accurate and up to date, but the content is general information about my services. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, so please don't rely on it as such.

Content and copyright

The words, design, logo and photos on this site belong to creatiVAssist or are used with permission. Client testimonials and photos are shared with their permission. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without asking me first.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including Agency Method, Google Calendar and Instagram. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. I'm not responsible for their content. Agency Method is a separate product with its own terms at withagencymethod.com.

Liability

I can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss caused by using the site or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Privacy

How I use your personal information is explained in my privacy and cookies policy.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time, so the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
